Welcome to the Maidstone Gang Show website. 

The Maidstone Gang would like to thank everyone who came along and supported them during "Gang Show Week" at the Hazlitt Theatre.  The Gang played to record audiences every night.  With lots of laughter, singing and dancing throughout, the audiences thoroughly enjoyed the show and congratulated the cast on a brilliant production. 

So watch out in 2011 for the next show! 

The Maidstone Scout Gang Show is a variety show, performed by members of the Scout Association of the Maidstone districts, at the Hazlitt Theatre Arts Centre, Maidstone.  Staged bi-annually the next one will be in 2011.

The show provides the cast with the opportunity to learn & develop theatre skills with the reward of performing on a professional stage. The show is packed full of fun, laughter & excitement and is suitable for all the family.

The Opening Night of the 2009 Show was a tremendous success, playing to an almost full house.  The audience reaction was great and full of praise for the enthusiasm and energy showed by the Gang.  The "Gala Night"performance supported Maidstone Mencap and from pre-ticket sales and the retiring collection almost £250 was made for this very good cause.  In addition to this Mencap raised £127 from raffle proceeds - so all in all a wonderful night for Maidstone Mencap.    We also collected in aid of Clic Sargent for the remainder of the week and raised over £500 for this very special charity close to the heart of one of the Gang.
